If your background is in crushing, heavy equipment, plant operations or industrial supervision, tell ROC what you have actually done.
A job title is a starting point. We want to understand the equipment, process, environment, schedule and responsibility behind it.
Initial workforce categories:
You do not need to claim every skill. Specific experience is more useful than a broad list.
Primary, secondary, tertiary, screening, conveying, feed or stockpile experience.
What have you actually operated? Loader, excavator, dozer, haul equipment, plant equipment or other relevant machinery.
Have you supervised people, shifts or production work?
Aggregate, mining, civil, remote or other production environments.
Where can you travel? What rotations will you work? When are you available?
ROC's workforce pool is intended to include experienced people who may be available now or for future projects.
Tell us about your role, equipment, plant experience and availability.
Relevant profiles may be reviewed for fit with ROC's workforce categories and future project requirements.
When a potential requirement fits your background and availability, ROC may contact you for additional information.
Credentials, site requirements, references, client review and other assignment details may need to be completed before deployment.
A useful profile distinguishes direct equipment operation, authorized plant duties, support work and supervision. A job title alone will not show whether you worked with a fixed crushing circuit, portable spread, wheel-loader feed, screen plant or another production environment.
Include equipment types, models where useful, process stages, the duties you personally performed and when you last performed them. Be accurate about regions you would travel to, camp work, shift preferences, rotations and when you could realistically start.
Read the Operator Experience Profile Guide
If your background includes loader work around a crushing plant, see Loader Operators. If you have worked around screens, see Screening Plant Operators to help distinguish direct operation from support.
Submitting a profile does not create employment, reserve a shift or guarantee that a relevant project is available.
Tell us what you've operated, where you've worked and when you're available. Be specific. Relevant experience is more useful than a long list of general skills.
* Required
There may not be a posted project that matches your experience today. You can still submit a profile for future ROC Workforce opportunities.
Not every ROC role requires the same background, but crushing and aggregate experience is particularly relevant to the company's core workforce focus.
No. A profile allows ROC to understand your experience and contact you when a relevant requirement may exist.
Yes. Include your realistic availability and the kinds of assignments you would consider.
Project schedules vary. Tell us which rotations, shifts and travel arrangements you are willing to consider.
Requirements depend on the role, client, site and jurisdiction. List the credentials you currently hold.
